All returning and new members need to complete the SAFE in HERALD5 Application form.

Parents of Elementary/Middle students need to complete the “SAFE Course of Study (Elementary and Middle School)” form, one per student.

Parents of High School students (including Middle School students taking classes for High School credit) need to complete the “SAFE Course of Study (High School)” form, one per student. In addition, parents of students taking courses for honors credit need to complete the “Honors Worksheet” form for each course.
